Jag har använt Dirk's pianotuner (Windows) ett par år för vår flygel med mycket gott resultat. Den är lätt att använda, ger mycket bra resultat i arbetet med stämningen. Rekommenderas starkt. Bra service från Dirk när jag drabbades av crash på min PC och fick en ny version av programmet.

Dirk is very helpful and anything that your unsure of he will always be right there with you to guide you through anything your unsure of, and is always quick to respond to your emails for updates and other questions, my first tune took me a while but it is only a matter of practice until you become quicker and get the hang of it and I have to say I find my home self tune is as good or in-fact better then any professional tuner I have had come to my house over the years, I can not fault this system and it is satisfying knowing your doing your own tuning . . 5 star in every division

Dirk offers such a great, simple tool for accurately tuning pianos. I found it also builds confidence in tuning by ear as I can increasingly hear the same variations that I see on screen. Professional customer service, too!

Voilà trois ans que j'utilise Dirk accordeur, après une rapide auto initiation il a vite pris sa place à l'atelier. Ma compagne utilise aussi puisque nous travaillons ensemble et malgré sa formation récente à l'ITEMM en France a vite assimilée son intérêt. Nous avions acheté une table AKKOTUNE et récemment la version pour Harmonicas..... BRAVO et Merci.

Cool ! Exactement ce que je cherchais : après l'acquisition d'une carte son, je voulais pouvoir accorder finement ma basse directement branchée sur mon PC.
Ce logiciel répond exactement à mes attentes à un point près : il ne permet pas l'accordage en Drop D (ne reconnais pas cette note)...

Vor einigen Wochen habe ich für mein Tonstudio einen komplett restaurierten 230er August Förster-Flügel aus dem Jahr 1921 zugelegt. Das Instrument ist ein Traum. Es wurde u.a. komplett neu besaitet. Das bedeutet, dass es sich momentan noch relativ schnell verstimmt. Nun brauche ich den Flügel aber regelmäßig für Aufnahmen, für die ich jedes Mal einen Klavierstimmer holen müsste. Das geht auf die Dauer ins Geld und macht Arbeit mit der Terminfindung. Da ich selber professioneller Pianist und Klavierlehrer bin, habe ich mich auf die Suche nach entsprechender Stimmsoftware gemacht. Mit Dirk's Klavierstimmgerät habe ich eine sehr gute Software gefunden, mit der ich mein Klavier stimmen kann. Selbst auf meinem alten MacBookPro 17" läuft das Programm flüssig. Auch erkennt das eingebaute Mikro alle Töne. Super Dirk, du bist mir echt eine große Hilfe.

Приобрёл фортепианный тюнер в далёком 2018 году. За это время он не разу не подвёл, отличная, надёжная программа! А теперь ещё такая ситуация возникла: мой старенький Samsung очень сильно устал от времени и появилась необходимость переустановки программы, что удалось предпринять в минимально в короткие сроки, не смотря на то, что с момента покупки программы прошёл уже значительный период времени. Я отправил сообщение в компанию, и мне очень быстро прислали новый установочный файл. За что я премного благодарен! Большое спасибо! Очень приятно иметь дело с профессионалами и просто порядочными людьми. Желаю успехов и дальнейшего благополучного развития!

First rate tuning program, very easy to use producing reports that make accurate tuning so much quicker. My computer failed totally with the loss of Dirk's Accordion tuner program and all had to be replaced. Dirk responded to my call for help without delay and got me up and running in a very short time. Excellent program and equally excellent customer service. It is very gratifying to know that there is a genuine person ready to give support when it is needed. A superb setup altogether, highly recommended, much appreciated.

Seit 2009 arbeite ich mit diesem einmaligen Programm. Ich habe es auch meinen Freunden und Bekannten empfohlen - alle sind total begeistert. Jetzt nach 12 Jahren musste wieder ein neuer Computer her. Unübertroffen ist der Service von Dirk´s !!!! Sensationell, auch am Sonntag kam die neue Software.

Dirk's program is Amazing! My Baby Grand has never sounded better. I have tried many others but always had to call the tuner to actually get it in tune; Not with Dirk's. If you follow the instructions the stretch will bring out the true tone of your piano.

Just as important is his customer service. If you have a problem with the installation e.g; change hard drives or computers he answers your email immediately. He should run Apple, Avid and all those companies that treat their customers poorly.

I have been using D's PT since 2013 on my M&H BB. It produces a near pure 12ths tuning with fully progressive beat rates. The stretch is amazingly coincident with the iH of the partials, and makes a full compass arpeggio sound like a pipe organ.

Highly recommended.

I have been with Dirk since 2011. The Piano Tuner software works exceptionally well. Never had ANY glitches. Dirk is very helpful and accommodating. Never told my piano tuner I use this software in between tunes and he is amazed how well my piano stays in tune :-)

I've been using Dirk's Piano tuner for windows for ten years and I absolutely love, love, love it. I lost the ability to hear the low base string vibrations and the upper treble strings as well early on because of an accident which in turn made piano tuning extremely difficult.. This program is so accurate and easy to use that I am able to continue tuning pianos as if the accident never happened, and I believe now with much more consistency and accuracy than before. Thanks Dirk from the bottom of my heart, this has been one of the best purchases I've made in a long long time. As for the service, this is now my third laptop I'm working with, and with each laptop all I needed to do was send out an email to Dirk's Projects and within 24 hours I was back up and tuning pianos again. "A Great Program" and worth every dime...

Great program. The ability to measure up to 3 reeds at once speeds up tuning a good deal. One suggestion for an update would be enabling the record and report function for simultaneous octaves, as it already works for musette tuned reeds. You can record the octaves separately, but this does not account for the fact that reeds will sometimes have a slightly different pitch in different registers because of the change in air pressure. Another improvement I would make would be the ability to set the target pitch (as in A440 or 441) after measuring all the reeds, based on an average pitch that the program would calculate. Many times I have tested a few notes and decided on a target tuning, only to find after half an hour or more of measuring that the instrument as a whole is closer to another target pitch, requiring me to start the whole process over with a different target pitch.

Excellent Product. I am quite pleased with the ease of use. After learning to use the tuning lever all aches and pains, headaces and frustration was over. I think it was the first time my piano was so finely tuned. I am still learning to do this by ear but I am quite pleased with what I have been able to accomplish with the Dirk's piano tuner.

Gebruik Dirk's stemsoftware al meerdere jaren en ben erg tevreden. Ook de aftersales is top. Mijn laptop begaf het en kreeg snel een nieuwe download voor mijn nieuwe laptop. Werken met Dirk's stemsoftware is makkelijk en heel gebruiksvriendelijk. Zou niet weten waarvoor je nog een pianostemmer in huis zou halen. De kosten van de software heb je er natuurlijk snel uit. Bedankt Dirk !

Voici 3 ans que j'utilise le produit en amateur.
Mesures précises, prise en main facile, même s'il est très complet.
Je regrette simplement de ne pouvoir faire les enregistrements des octaves pour l'accordage des bandonéons ce qui serait très pratique.
Hyper réactivité de Dirk, ce qui est très agréable.

So wünscht man sich Support! Probleme im Zusammenhang mit MAC Softwareupdates wurden in kürzester Zeit behoben! Das Programm ist hervorragend und zeigt wie ungenau die eigenen (jedenfalls meine) Ohren sind. Großartig, danke!

Der Suport ist schlichtweg genial!!
Alle Fragen meinerseits wurden durch diesen Suport immer kompetent beantwortet und alle meine Probleme wurden immer gelöst. Die Software ist sehr präzise. Besser und genauer geht es definitiv nicht! Beispiel: Ich habe, nachdem ein sehr guter und professioneller Klavierstimmer einen Flügel gestimmt hatte, diesen mit der Berechnung der Software verglichen. Der Klavierstimmer ist wirklich sehr nahe an die ideale Spreizung/Stimmung gekommen. Nur: Die Berechnung, der Software von Dirk war doch noch genauer :) Vielen Dank, Dirk!!

5 jaar geleden de stemsoftware voor piano gekocht.
Heel tevreden over. Super fijne software. Paar maanden geleden begaf de harddisk van mijn MacBook Pro het. Heb toen een nieuwe MacBook Pro gekocht met het besturingssysteem versie Catalina.
Toen de software voor Catalina klaar was, netjes een mail van Dirk gehad met de nieuwe software voor mijn nieuwe computer. En het werkt weer super! Super product en snelle service! Dirk dankjewel!

Me encuentro totalmente conforme con el programa Dirk's Piano Tuner.
El que estoy usando paralelo a un curso de afinación de pianos puedo decir que es una excelente herramienta aun para quienes emplean la afinacón aural, el servicio al cliente es excelente.
