J'étais très satisfait du Hohner harmonica tuner, mais je l'avais perdu ou effacé par accident, j'ai contacté Dirk's le jour de Pâques et j'ai reçu le rechargement le lendemain lundi de Pâques, alors ça c'est du service .....!!!!!!

In 2012 gekocht maar door overstap van XP naar Windows 7 alles kwijt. Geweldige service een mailtje en de licentie weer opnieuw gekregen zonder kosten.

What can I say? A very good product attended by a very professional Dirk.
I bought this product over a year ago and have been very pleased with how it helps me to keep my harmonicas in check.
A couple of weeks ago I formatted my computer and had problems reinstalling the tuner. YESTERDAY I sent an email to Dirk asking for orientation and today (Sunday!) my tuner has been installed to its rightful place on my computer.
Many thanks Dirk... I cannot recommend your product highly enough. It has been a necessary accessory for my harp interests.

A fantastic and useful tool which helps harmonica players keep their equipment in tune. After having used it on the free 3 month trial version, I have now downloaded the full version. Many thanks to Dirk for his communicative and speedy help. This is a must have for harmonica lovers.
